1. Cancellation by Kitolit
In the event that a batch or program is cancelled by Kitolit due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided to all registered participants.
2. Cancellation by Customer
Once a registration is completed, no refunds will be issued if the participant chooses to cancel or does not attend the program.
3. Rescheduling
Kitolit may allow rescheduling to another batch (subject to availability) at its sole discretion.
4. Refund Timeline
If applicable, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
5. Non-Transferability
Registrations are non-transferable unless explicitly approved by Kitolit.
